Breese back at Latham Park

Newtown have landed one of the JD Cymru Premier’s top strikers with the return of Jamie Breese to Latham Park.

Breese began his career with the Robins in 2010 before moving to Llanidloes Town in the Mid Wales League in 2012.

After a successful spell with the Daffs, he was snapped up by Caernarfon Town and helped the Cofis to promotion to the JD Cymru Premier.

During his time in North Wales the 28-year-old became a firm fans favourite, scoring numerous important goals and helped them to challenge in the top six of the league.

After five years at the The Oval the prolific striker has decided to return to his Mid Wales roots, and has signed a deal with the Robins – making him the club’s first new signing ahead of the 2020/21 season.
