A garden in the centre of Newtown is to feature on a BBC gardeinign programme this month, along with Powis Castle and the Dingle Nursery near Guilsfield.
The Ponthafren Association's garden on the side of the River Severn in Newtown will feature in the BBC's Glorious Gardens from Above, presented by Christine Walkden.
The programme will broadcast on 12th November at 3.45pm on BBC1.
It features Christine in a balloon travelling above Britian and looking down on gardens in the countryside, before exploring them on foot.
Ponthafren's garden has been tended to by volunteers and staff at the mental health charity and Nicky Morris, one of the staff at Ponthafren, is interviewed during the programme.
"The garden is managed by a group of volunteers who work tirelessly to make the grounds look stunning," said James Evans, administrative assistant at Ponthafren.
The rest of the programme will look at the world-famous gardens at Powis Castle, Welshpool and the well-known Dingle Nurseries gardens between Welshpool and Guilsfield.
The programme also features a Grade I listed duck house on the Leighton Estate near Welshpool.
