
Accounts Assistant
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Assistant will support the Finance Team with the following responsibilities:
• Processing sales ledger invoices
• Issuing debtor statements and copy invoices/credit notes
• Matching and processing purchase ledger invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Dealing with customer and supplier queries
• Liaising with other departments to resolve queries
• Bank reconciliations, petty cash, and processing expenses
• Archiving, Filing, and uploading documents to Synergy
• Any other ad hoc reports and reconciliations as required
The successful candidate will have to work with personnel across all areas of CellPath. Therefore, they must be self-motivated, positive and a team player with excellent communication skills. In addition, they should be highly organised and have the following skills/behaviours: be able to work as part of a team, be calm during periods of high workload, have good attention to detail, possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel. An AAT qualification is desirable.
The role is based in Newtown.
Full time: 39 hours per week Monday – Friday.
