Young entrepreneurs from throughout North Wales descended on Newtown for the finals of the Young Traders Regional Final.

The young traders set up stalls in the town centre to offer their goods to customers. These ranged from cakes and wool products to fragrant candles and artisanal gin.

Newtown Town Council has supported a Young Traders Market Day each year to allow local young entrepreneurs the chance to sell their goods.

"The young traders event provided a platform for young people to demonstrate their entrepreneurial skills and creativity. The high street transformed into a vibrant marketplace, reflecting the innovation and passion of these aspiring business minds," said a spokesperson for the town council.

"The dedication and hard work of each young trader were truly commendable, and we are proud to have had them showcase their talents on our town's stage.
