Customer Care Manager

A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Care Manager at Cellpath Ltd.

Education: Maths, English and IT related subjects at GCSE or equivalent

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role

As a Customer Care Manager, you will direct the daily operations of the Customer Care team, monitor their  performance, and ensure customers receive the best service possible.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures

Handle complex and escalated customer care issues

Co-ordinate and manage customer care projects and initiatives

Provide help and advice to customers using the organisation’s products and/or services

Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email letter or face to face Authorise returns

Create daily sales & back order reports

Communicate between internal departments

Undertake any other duties from UK Sales Manager or Directors as required

Manage the Customer Care Team, monitor and review performance

Skills and behaviours:

Fluent In written and spoken English

Customer Care focused

Hours: 39 hours per week Monday – Friday. Based in Newtown, Powys. Salary dependent on experience.
