Elite go clear in Pool League

The Elite have extended their lead at the top of Newtown Pool League.

LIving up to their name they thumped Nomads 10-2  as they opened up a gap at the top while their nerarest rivals were struggling.

The Lion, who are in second place, had a real scare against a four man Cock Hotel side - completing victory in the last match.
