Football clubs across Mid Wales have been celebrating this week – despite not being able to play.
Six clubs were informed by the FA of Wales that they had achieved Tier 2 Certification, meaning that they can play in the JD Cymru North next season.
Infrastructure and personnel criteria are used ti judge the clubs by a panel of FA members as part of the football pyramid system.
Guilsfield, Llanfair, Llanrhaeadr and Penrhyncoch all received the Tier 2 certificate while both Berriew and Llanidloes who play in the Mid Wales League were also successful.
