Llanidloes Town are a whopping 13 points clear at the top of the MMP Mid Wales League after a trilling 3-2 Boxing Day win at Caersws.
Caersws held a 2-0 lead at half time, but an early second half red card tuned the game to allow The Daffs to pull level and then edge a late winner through Connor Bird.
Their lead was extended at the top when Builth Wells fell 2-1 at Llandrdindod Wells and Bow Street were held 0-0 at Aberaeron. Berriew won the mid table tussle 6-0 at Kerry.
In the second division, Forden United stunner Waterloo Rovers with a 3-1 win.
In the top flight, Newtown’s unbeaten run extended to five matches, and their 0-0 draw with Aberystwyth Town saw them join Cefn Druids in sixth spot.
