Fireworks display this Friday

Newtown's annual fireworks display will take place on Friday, thanks to the town's Rotary Club.

The annual event will be held at Lathan Park, the home of Newtown Football Club.

The display will be set to music and promises to be a display for all ages to enjoy.

The display starts at 7pm and access is £10 for adults, £5 for children and free to under school age.

gates will open at 5.30pm and tickets are available from Morris, Marshall and Poole on Broad Street or on the gate.

A range of refreshments are also available.
