Barclays closes its Newtown doors one last time

Barclays Bank in Newtown has closed for the last time.
Staff operated their last shift at the bank premises at The Cross in Newtown on Friday.
The bank has said it will open a part-time office at The Old Chapel in Park Street on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm from 27 September.
