A former model and now an ambassador for the Royal Osteoporosis Society will be giving a talk in Newtown on Friday.
Suzanne Hewitt will will be talking to the local support group on the topic of Fashion, Flair & Fractures: How to deal with body shape changes.
The meeting will take place at the Methodist Church in Back Lane at 2pm.
"Suzanne is an excellent, lively speaker and brings with her a range of clothing items and jewellery and is happy to take to questions on a range of topics," said a spokesperson for the support group.
Admission is free, light refreshments will be served. Pamphlets and information about osteoporosis will also be available.
