Newtown's Covid-19 vaccination centre will move to the Maldwyn Leisure Centre later this month to allow an increase in vaccinations.
The current vaccination centre for north Powys is at the Park Street Day Centre.
However, Powys Teaching Health Board said it would be relocating it by the end of January.
A statement said: “Later this month, the vaccination centre in Newtown is also set to relocate from its current location at the Park Street Day Centre to Maldwyn Leisure Centre to increase the number of appointments available for Powys residents.”
It comes after the health broad said more than 5,000 people have so far been vaccinated in Powys. This includes half of all care home residents who are eligible for a vaccination.
The health board said it hoped all eligible care home residents would be vaccinated by the end of this week.
