Are you interested in traditional craftsmanship and innovative timber design? Whether you're an experienced designer or looking to start or change your career, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for Apprentice, Trainee and Qualified Oak Frame Designers to join our growing team, creating bespoke oak and timber-framed buildings including homes, extensions, garages and garden rooms.

As an Oak Frame Designer, you will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and our production team to design high-quality oak-framed structures, transforming concepts into detailed production drawings while ensuring designs are practical, structurally sound, and visually outstanding.

Qualified applicants should have experience in oak or timber frame design and be proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Dietrich's.

Apprentices and trainees don't need previous experience—just enthusiasm, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to gain qualifications while you work.
