Due to continued growth, McCartneys are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their busy Welshpool branch as part of the Sales Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and highly regarded estate agency, managing a diverse portfolio of properties. The role is varied and fast-paced, combining administration, customer service, and sales support. It would suit someone who thrives in a professional team environment and is committed to delivering exceptional standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, confidently handling enquiries by telephone, email, and in person
  • Register buyers in accordance with company procedures using agency software
  • Prepare and manage property documentation for marketing
  • Arrange property valuations and viewings
  • Support negotiators with sales enquiries and progression
  • Obtain and record viewing feedback
  • Open and maintain property files, ensuring compliance documentation is complete, including ID and AML verification
  • Assist with property marketing and branch promotional displays
  • Identify and refer potential leads to industry partners
  • Produce invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Use internal systems including Reapit, SAGE, and Microsoft Office
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the branch

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous estate agency or office administration experience preferred (though not essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive, and highly organised
  • Professional and well-presented
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle would be advantageous.
