Job Title:               Box Office/Administration Assistant                 

Responsible To:    Hafren: Theatre Manager

Job Purpose:         To assist in providing all aspects of the Box Office, Conferencing and other administrative duties connected with the Theatre. To generate income through ticket sales and positively promote the theatre.

Scale 2, Points 14 – 16, £24,425 - £24,824 per annum equivalent to £10,562 - £10,734 per annum.

16 hours per week (including evening and weekends, and occasional early mornings)

Permanent, part time.

About you: Candidates should possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service (NVQ or equivalent) and have relevant experience. You should hold a level 2 qualification in both English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 2.
