FINANCIAL SERVICES COORDINATOR

Salary £18,000 FTE p.a.|Part-time (21 hrs)

An opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Financial Services Coordinator. In this very important role,  your responsibilities will include the following: 

• Proactive contact with existing and prospective customers to generate financial services and risk  management leads, while also managing leads from the team in line with agreed targets.  • Identify gaps and training needs of the team and determine ways to improve engagement in this key area.  • Book appointments for our Financial Advisor (FA) and work closely with them to determine areas of focus,  feedback and continuous improvement.  

• Develop and maintain effective business relationships between Agency teams and the Financial Adviser to  ensure that objectives are met for the agency and customers.  

• Drive support and influence lead activities within the business. Organising meetings, presentation and  the monitoring, reviewing, reporting on and managing of performance against lead targets to ensure the  effective delivery of objectives.  

• Deliver short term or one-off projects and activities as required by and to the desired standards and  outcomes agreed with Agents.

• Be flexible, adaptable, willing to learn and open to new ideas.  

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Previous Financial Services experience is highly desirable  

• You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade C, including Maths and English.  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office is desirable.  

• Knowledge of Social Media marketing campaigns is desirable  

• The successful candidate must be comfortable calling clients from our database system.
