Morris Marshall & Poole with Norman Lloyd are leading Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents with 10 dedicated residential offices that stretch from Shropshire to the West Coast of Wales. 

We have the following vacancies: 

Newtown Office - Lettings Administrator 

We are looking for a new team member to work within our Lettings centre in Newtown. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be organised and self-motivated and have good communication skills both written and verbal. Knowledge of the lettings environment and / or previous experience within an administrative role would be advantageous. Full training will be given in a friendly and supportive environment. Full or part time hours will be considered. 

Welshpool Office - Sales administrator (maternity cover)

We are looking for a self-motivated, confident team player to cover maternity leave within our Welshpool office. This is a 12-month contract for a full-time position working 35 hours a week, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with Saturday morning shifts on a rota basis. 

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be organised and have good communication skills alongside the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly. Full training will be given in a friendly and supportive environment. Knowledge of a sales environment and / or previous experience within an administration role would be advantageous.
