
Sales/office administrator
Welsh Oak Frame are seeking a part-time sales/office administrator, based in Caersws.
- Key Responsibilities
- Responding to and dealing with early sales enquiries
- Sending out brochures and pre-sale documentation
- Logging information on the customer database
- General administration duties
- Other reception duties – answering phones to suppliers, booking hotels, usual ordering etc
- Assisting with events if required
- Essential Skills and Experience
- Possess a confident telephone manner
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work on own initiative and maintain a high level of focus at all times
- PC literacy
- Ability to organise own workload and prioritise whilst adhering to time constraints
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm however we can be flexible with working hours. There will be the requirement to be in the office Monday-Friday
Salary: Meets minimum wage
