Elite open gap and youths needed

The Elite proved their class with a 9-3 win over closest rivals The Lion and are now five points clear at ther top of the first division of Newtown Pool League.

There is still a chance for teams to join the Newtown Youth League. Youngsters fitting the age groups U14 and U18 are invited to enter the Newtown Youth League which will start soon.

The age groups relate to people as of 1st January 2011. The League will follow the same format as previous years where it will be staged at Newtown Football Club every Thursday evening all the way through to Finals Day. Entries with a phone number into the League as soon as possible please.
