Shane Sutton and Adam Worton will sign 18 month contracts with the club before tomorrow's game with Bangor City.
The pair will be rewarded for their loyalty to the Latham Park club with contracts until the end of the 2011/12 season.
Both players have been targetted by other Welsh Premier League sides during the transfer window but will sign up to manager Andy Cale's re-building strategy.
"I am delighted that they have both agreed the deals which means we can concentrate on building around our more experienced players," said Cale.
And the manager will also offer contracts to youngsters Josh Evans and Jamie Breese this weekend.
"They are both local and talented youngsters who will develop into long term signings for Newtown Football Club," he added.
