Last gasp defeats for Llanidloes and Montgomery

Injury time defeats for both Llanidloes and Montgomery, Caersws draw while O’Donnell brothers gun down Churchstoke at Forden.

Llani are starting to find it tough going in the JD Cymru North but thought they had done enough for a point at Buckley until Max Moore notched a 91^st minute winner. Adam Worton gavce the Daffs a fourth minute lead but Daniel Burgess equalised on the stroke of half time.

Caersws grabbed late point in the Lock Stock Ardal North East clash at Cefn Albion through Mumford with the home side reduced to 10 men just before the break. Mike Latham had given the North Walians a 36^th minute lead from the penalty spot.

Montgomery thought they had a point in the bag in the MMP Mid Wales League at Waterloo Rovers but the joint league leaders snatched a win with a 95^th minute winner from substitute Adam Gough. Monty had led through Tom Evans until Tom Ellis equalised.

But the party of the day was at Forden where the O’Donnell brothers saw off Churchstoke in a 5-0 win. Harry netted three and Jake two.

Struggling Newtown Wanderers suffered another big defeat, going down 8-0 against Builth while Carno lost 10-0 to Brecon Corries in the CWFA Cup.
