Robins back on home turf

Newtown return to Latham Park tonight to welcome Aberystwyth Town after picking up their first JD Cymru Premier point of the season in midweek.

The Robins returned from Haverfordwest with a 2-2 draw to lift them off the bottom of the table after three games.

Aberystwyth have had a mixed start the season and travel in third place after a win, draw and defeat from their three matches.

The match kicks off at 7.45pm and is being played behind closed doors, but fans can listen to live coverage on BBC Radio Wales.

Meanwhile, local company Hilltop Honey has been unveiled as the new sponsor of the club’s Academy for the season (pictured).
