Davies moves in at Caersws

Former Carno manager Chris Davies has joined Caersws as joint first team manager alongside Mark Griffiths.

A club spokesman said: "We are happy to announce Chris Davies as joint first team manager. He will join Mark Griffiths at the helm when next season is safe to start.

"Chris is a local lad with a wealth of experience in Mid Wales football having managed Carno for many years with a great deal of success.

"As a club we are thrilled to have secured the services of such a well respected and popular figure within Mid Wales football.

"Mark and Chris are both enthusiastic managers that will compliment each other to hopefully bring many years of success to the club.

Davies said: "I’m happy to be joining the club and I’m looking forward to working alongside Mark to hopefully bring some success to the club.”

Gareth Jones is retained as first team coach.
