It was a disappointing end to the league campaign for Berriew, and it means their surprise defeat at Builth Wells will see the MMP Mid Wales league title go to either Llanfair United or Llanidloes Town.

Berriew went down 1-0 in Radnorshire, but Llanfair United scored four first half goals at Carno to cruise into pole position with a 4-0 win.

It leaves both them and Llanidloes Town on 63 points with a game to play, but Llanfair will be favourites courtesy of their +12 better goal difference. A win at Kerry next week will guarantee the title unless The Daffs enjoy a cricket score victory at Tywyn Bryncrug.

In Division Two, Four Crosses moved into second following their 4-2 win at Dolgellau.
