No change at the top

There’s no change at the top of the MMP Mid Wales League One after the top four all recorded wins on Saturday.

Leaders Llanidloes Town and their main rivals Llanfair United, Caersws and Berriew all picked up three points to keep the title chase going.

Four Crosses took a giant step towards sealing Division Two’s runners-up spot to Montgomery Town following their 6-0 thrashing of Newbridge-on-Wye, while Waterloo Rovers drew at Machynlleth and the spoils were shared between Abermule and Dyffryn Banw.

In the Huws Gray Alliance, there were narrow defeats for both Guilsfield and Llanrhaeadr.
