Llanfair United and Berriew saw their hopes of winning the MMP Mid Wales League One title take a dent as Caersws put their own charge back on track.
Llanfair United threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at Builth Wells, while two goals in the dying embers earned Berriew a dramatic point in an entertaining 2-2 draw at Welshpool Town on Friday night.
With leaders Llanidloes Town not in action, it was Caersws who made the biggest noise by winning 2-0 at Radnor Valley to move back into second.
Elsewhere in Montgomeryshire, Guilsfield earned a point at home to Rhyl in the Huws Gray Alliance, while Llanrhaeadr lost on the road at Conwy Borough.
