Daz-zling round takes turkey

St Giles Golf Club Turkey Trail continued with a full stableford won by Daz Ballantyne who carded an excellent 43 points.

The runner-up was George Evans with 38 points and Club Captain, Gary Rimmer, was in third place with 37.

This week sees the JT Hughes November Turkey Trail full stableford competition take place with tee off times of 9am and 12.30pm on Saturday, and 9am only Sunday. 

Meanwhile, at Lakeside Golf Club, Joe Davies took the November Stableford with 38 points, beating Marius Van Lill on the countback. Jack Davies was third, a point further back.

Division Two was won by Mark Wells with 41 points, with Sam Davies two points back in second and Diane Pugh third with 36 points.

In the weekend’s Three-Club Challenge, Julian Preston won with 21 points followed by Marius Van Lill (20) and Alan Davies 19.
