Home comforts for top clubs

20/09/2018 @ 07:26

A big weekend of football gets underway tonight when Welshpool Town are just one of the many big clubs looking for home comforts to pick up vital points.

The Lilywhites entertain Aberaeron in the MMP Mid Wales League, ahead of a Saturday that sees Newtown at home in the JD Welsh Premier and both Guilsfield and Llanrhaeadr hosting matches in the Huws Gray Alliance.

Berriew welcome MMP trailblazers Radnor Valley while Caersws take their unbeaten start to Kerry. Llanidloes welcome Llansantffraid while Llanfair host Builth Wells. Carno and Churchstoke hit the road.

In the second division, Waterloo Rovers and Four Crosses face off while Montgomery and Dyffryn Banw are on their travels.

There’s a full day of league fixtures in the JT Hughes Montgomeryshire Amateur League.
