New management set-up

Gary Jones has performed a u-turn at Maesyrhandir, but will be part of a new management set-up at the Latham Park-based club this season.

Last week, Jones announced that he would be stepping aside due to his impending first child, but the club this week said he would remain in charge, with Jake Baker joining him at the helm as joint-manager.

The club has also recruited Joe Evans joins from Llanidloes Town as coach, responsible for training, allowing the management duo to focus on team matters.

“Joe will also be running his new Football Analysis company alongside the club this season, a fantastic opportunity for players to take advantage of this very advanced software and game management,” the club stated.

Meanwhile, the club will launch its pre-season training on June 21 with an open invite for players, and anyone wishing to keep fit, to come along.
