The “Nugget" Craig Davies gave an excellent display of top quality darts by winning his two games on the night in the latest round of the Newtown Premier League Darts.
The first victory was a 4-1 win over Aled Goode, which included the highest out of the night 143 and the second by the same scoreline over reigning champion Mitch Butler, Davies hitting an average of 30.35 in the process.
Mark Layton, however, had the highest average of the night of 33.35 in his 4-0 win over Ben Bevan.
Wins for Sean Barnett,Shaun Davies Mark Davies,Paul Bordewey Robin Shingler and Jamie Kynaston ensured a brilliant night of darts.
