Robins edging closer

06/04/2017 @ 07:49
Newtown look to take another big step towards a place in the Welsh Premier League play-offs for a lucrative step into Europe tomorrow (Saturday).
The Robins top the Conference Play-Off league and entertain Cefn Druids at Latham Park looking to clear of nearest rivals Llandudno, who are at home to Aberystwyth.
The Robins are already celebrating the news that the club has again been awarded its European Licence so the weekend's results could be the icing on the cake.
Llanfair face a daunting task in the Huws Gray Alliance as they fight to get clear of relegation worries with Prestatyn in town. The North Walians will be in party mood having been given the green light for promotion back to the Welsh Premier League.
Big game in the Spar Mid Wales League sees Berriew at home to Carno.
