Llanfair manager Rhys Stephens has called for the town to turn out in force on Saturday to back his side against Welsh Premier League side Cefn Druids.
Druids travel to Mount Field in the JD Welsh Cup with Stephens hoping a big turnout will inspire his players to pull off a major cup upset.
“It would be great to see a large crowd at Mount Field to make a noise and get behind the players. It’s a home Welsh Cup tie against a Welsh Premier League side and a big crowd will add to the atmosphere.”
And visitors to Mount Field will be greeted by the sight of the club’s two new stands which went up last week as part of the ground development scheme.
Caersws are on Huws Gray Alliance duty with Conwy Borough the visitors while match of the day in the Spar Mid Wales League sees leaders Berriew travelling to Carno.
