It was a great weekend for Waterloo Rovers FC with all three clubs winning on the same day for the first time this season.

While Dave Proctor’s firsts were seeing off Dolgellau in the Spar League, the Reserves were chalking up a Honda Division One win over Berriew Reserves and the Colts were seeing off Dyffryn Banw Reserves in the Mitsubishi Division Two.

Two goals from Dave Williams did the damage for the Reserves in their 2-1 win, with Sam Jones bagging one for Berriew.

Also in Division One, Llangedwyn took advantage of the top teams not playing with a 2-2 win over Bettws thanks to goals from Darren Edwards, Aled Morris and James Wigley. Luke Jarman and Aled Hughes (pen) scored for Bettws.

In Division Two, Technogroup Welshpool Reserves improved their title chances with a 3-2 win over Kerry Reserves thanks to a brace from dangerman Luke Weaver and one from George Clifton. Carl Danson and Matt Mumford scored for Kerry.

The Colts’ 4-1 win came courtesy of goals from Rhys Jones (2), John Thomas and Shaun Roberts with Carl Lewis getting a reply for Banw.

It was a homecoming celebration for Llanfair Reserves who played their first home game of the season!

But they couldn’t quite clinch three points after a 2-2 draw with Llanrhaeadr Reserves.

In the Llansantffraid Village Cup,  Round 2 Paul Marshall and Lee Dutton scored in Llansantffraid Reserves’ 2-0 win over Guilsfield Reserves. Caersws Reserves beat Trefonen 3-0.

In the Emrys Morgan Cup, Llanidloes Reserves went down 3-1 at Cardigan.
