Shock for Elite in Pool League

Newtown Pool League champions Elite were held to a shock draw at The Cock in Forden where Gary Gindrat's side led 6-3.

Gindrat led the way with two 7-ball wins over Waynhe Smith and Mike Williams but Glyn Davies snatched a point with a win over John Williams at the death.
