Tommy Morgan court case delayed

The man facing charges surrounding the death of Newtown man Tommy Morgan did not appear at Mold Crown Court today.
 
Christopher Joseph Cluskey has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm to ‘Tommy’ with intent and he will appear at Mold Crown Court today.
 
Cluskey remains in custody and is now expected to appear on Tuesday.

Police are continuing their investigation and appeal for anyone who saw Tommy between 4pm on Sunday and 10pm on the day of the incident to contact the incident room at Newtown Police Station on 101.
