Llanidloes wildlife picture sale in aid of charity

An art sale is to be held over three days in Llanidloes in aid of the Rotary Noah’s Ark Appeal.

The sale will take place at Chatwood, the former HSBC Bank building, on the 7th, 8th and 9th of August between 9am and 6pm.

“There will be a large selection of wildlife and other pictures to browse through, originals, limited and open editions to suit all budgets,” said John Selwyn-Smith.

Artists include David Shepherd, Simon Combes, John Seerey-Lester, Carl Brenders, Andrew Hutchinson, Frances Fry, Dorothea Buxton-Hyde, Don Owen, Sir William Russell Flint, E R Sturgeon, Geoffrey Key, Robert Nicholson, Henry Macbeth-Reaburn, Try Kinney, Franco Matania and many others.

Free tea, coffee and biscuits will be served daily and two framed wildlife limited editions will be offered in a raffle.

Donations and the raffle will go towards the Noah’s Ark Appeal which is for the Children’s Hospital in Cardiff.
