8AM UPDATE: 82 schools closed but Newtown open

Newtown High School will be open again today (Tuesday) despite 82 schools being declared closed across the county, including Llanidloes High School.

Primary Schools at Maesyrhandir, Llandinam and Caersws will be closed while Aberhafesp, Llanfair and Montgomery are among those expected to be open.
