A Tesco sing-a-long; Church service timings

Members of the Anglican Churches in Newtown will be singing carols at Tesco on Sunday from 10am.

The special carol service is intended to take the church out into the community and the Rev. Andy Grimwood said: “We will cancel our Sunday service and invite people to join us at Tesco instead.”

Meanwhile, the Newtown Evangelical Church has confirmed its timings for Christmas:

December 19:  Traditional Carols by Candlelight Service at 6pm.

Christmas Day morning: Family service at 10am

December 2: Services at 10:00am and 6:00pm.
