Preparations under way for fun Bank Holiday

Preparations are well underway for the Diamond Jubilee celebrations in Newtown, but you can still help.

Organisers of the street party in High Street that takes place between 2pm and 5pm have said they're still after volunteers to support the event. "This will be a community event showcasing the best of local produce, local talent and a little bit more. We are looking for volunteers to help on the day and beforehand," said Andrew Davies.
