Alison scoops prize for painting survey

Abermule resident Alison Parton has been handed a prize of £50 after taking part in a Mid Wales Housing Association tenants satisfaction survey for residents who had their properties painted recently.

The housing aasociation painted 150 properties in Newtown, Abermule, Caersws, Four Crosses, Llansantffraid, Welshpool and Knighton and wanted to find out from residents what they thought the completed work was like.

The winner was Alison who accepted a cheque for £50 from Alison Laird, Housing Co-ordinator.

Robert Dearden, Asset Manager, said: “The feedback and comments from the survey will help us to continue to improve our services and we always appreciate the time tenants give to completing our surveys.”
