Police are urging residents in north Powys not to travel unless they have to as the deluge of water from Storm Babet continues to affect the area.

Flooded roads, including the A483, and other B roads caused traffic chaos across the area with many schools and businesses sending pupils and workers home early as yesterday's weather deteriorated.
Several properpties in the area were flooded, although there have not been any reports of injuries.
Today's Newtown parkrun was cancelled and roads north of Welshpool towards Oswestry remain impassable.
Dyfed Powys Police said there remained several parts along the A483 between Newtown and Welshpool where there is still flood water.
More rain is expected today although it is not expected to be heavy.
