Town and Community Council elections

Powys went to the polls on Thursday to elect members of town and community councils across the county.

But there were only 17 contested seats across the whole of Powys with most town and community councillors returned unopposed and vacancies left in many areas.

The count took place at the Royal Welsh Showground yesterday (Saturday).
