Apartments and housing plans submitted

Plans have been submitted for a housing development at the former Travis Perkins building merchants site in Newtown.

The plans include 32 apartments and six terraced homes on the site along New Road.

The application has been submitted by Harry Bowen.

Town councillors will comment on the plans next week before Powys County Council planners consider the application.
