Techwuman, the WISE choice in engineering. We are an engineering consultancy specialising in design engineering, with a mission to inspire the next generation to take up a career in a STEM industry and to improve gender parity in the industry.

"Our STEM activity days aim to inspire the younger generation to take up careers in industries they may not have considered before," said a spokesperson for Techwuman, n engineering consultancy specialising in design engineering, with a mission to inspire the next generation to take up a career in a STEM industry and to improve gender parity in the industry.

"It will provide pupils with the opportunity to think about their careers early on, and equip them with the knowledge to make the right subject choices to embark on their chosen career.

"We will be providing STEM activity days throughout the summer to allow students aged from 4 – 11 years old to take part in practical fun filled activities based around STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) concepts and careers. The activities will be planned and delivered dependant on the age of the children, by our highly trained team of Techwuman STEM ambassadors."

The activity days will be run on weekdays from 09:00 to 15:00. All activity resources will be included, including a certificate of participation for each child.

The first session will be held at Montgomery Primary School on Wednesday (21 July) between 9am and 3pm and then at Welshpool on Thursday and Llanfyllin on Friday.
