Man arrested after an incident with a mannequin

A Newtown man has been arrested and charged after an incident with a mannequin.

Dyfed Powys Police said David Huw Griffiths, 54, was arrested after reports of an incident of a man carrying out an "inappropriate" act with a mannequin in the Back Lane area on 19 April.

Police charged him with using threatening, abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.

He is due to appear at Welshpool Magistrates Court on 4 May.
