Online public meeting for homes plan

Plans for 33 new homes in Montgomery will be discussed at a public meeting on Thursday.

The planning application is for 33 affordable/local needs homes on a site at the corner of New Road and Forden Road.

The Town Council is organising a public meeting online on the 4 March at 7pm. 

It will enable residents to learn more about the proposals and to understand the deadline and process for responding themselves.

Residents will also be able to share their own views with members of the Town Council who will be there to listen, before the Town Council submits its own response to the application.

Representatives of the developers have been invited and will be present to respond to any questions.
 
There is a limit of 100 attendees in the Zoom meeting. It is planned to record the meeting so those who miss it can catch up.
