CCTV will soon be switched on at play park

CCTV will soon be installed at the new Severn Play Park in Newtown.

Cllr Joy Jones told town councillors at their monthly meeting that the equipment had been ordered and would be installed as soon as possible.

It followed concern about damage to the play park and security after it opened last year.
