Urgent appeal for local blood donations

The Welsh Blood Service has made an urgent appeal for Newtown residents to sign up for two blood donation events taking place in the town.
The service will be holding blood donation services on Tuesday, 26 January and Wednesday, 17 February at The Elephant and Castle in Newtown.
Residents need to book an appointment by going to www.welshblood.org.uk or telephone 0800 252 266.
