Montgomeryshire has been ranked the most entrepreneurial area in Wales and the 19th in the whole of the UK.
The stats came from the Office of National Statistics which said the area had 4,220 businesses operating in 2019. This meant the area has 1,006 small businesses per 10,000 working people.
The statistics were taken from before the coronavirus pandemic.
