A health watchdog wants to hear from Newtown residents about their views on GP healthcare and appointments during the coronavirus situation.

The Powys Community Health Council, an NHS watchdog that represents the views of patients in the area, is holding a consultation until the end of this month.

“Your views help us to ensure that you get access to the level of service required from your local GP surgery. The way you access services will have changed. @PowysCHC would like to know how these changes have affected you," said a spokesperson.

The survey can be found at: https://svy.at/aaung

The CHC also wants hear patients’ experience and feedback about appointments in their GP Practice during this pandemic.

"We will share the feedback we receive with Welsh Government and with Powys Teaching Health Board," said a spokesperson.
